Cash, 1% 15 Net 30 Days.

WARRANTY

Southwest Gasket Company’s products are guaranteed for a period of ninety days from the date of original purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to render satisfactory service provided they are used for the purposes and in the manner for which they are designed. The buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be the replacement, without charge, and not including installations or other costs, of any Southwest Gasket Company’s products which, upon inspection, is shown to be defective to our reasonable satisfaction. Southwest Gasket Company shall under no circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential damages for economic loss or injury to person or property.

Any claim on account of a defect in the product shall be deemed waived by the buyer unless written notice thereof is given to Southwest Gasket Company within thirty days after discovery thereof.

Exclusion of Warranties: The warranty described herein shall be in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

Oral statements made by Southwest Gasket Company’s salespersons about the products are not warranties and shall not be relied upon by the buyer. This writing constitutes the final, complete and exclusive expression of the terms of the parties.

Materials used in Southwest Gasket Company’s products and available sizes are subject to change without notice.

TERMS OF SALE

Any part or material procured from other sources by Southwest Gasket Company which is non-cancelable or non-returnable will be billed and shipped at the price for which it was accepted.

RETURNS

At Southwest Gasket Company, we make every effort to ensure that all of our customers get the correct and highest quality products with the best service possible. In the event that you wish to return an item, please note the following:

  • Items cannot be returned without prior approval. Returns are handled on an individual basis and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
  • Southwest Gasket Company does not accept returns on special order or custom made products.
  • Items must be uninstalled and suitable for resale.
  • We do not accept returns after 30 days.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded.
